BATHROOM CLEANING AND ORGANIZING HACKS

Is your bathroom stressing you out? Are you looking for ideas on how to simplify your cleaning process and get your bathrooms organized? In this post I'm going to walk you through my top 5 bathroom hacks.
1) SIMPLIFY YOUR CLEANING PROCESS:
The biggest hack that I have discovered in simplifying my cleaning routine is by using Norwex products. What I love the most is the fact that I'm not using chemicals to clean my home. It also simplifies my cleaning process as the bases of Norwex is simply using the Norwex cloth and water.
I like to keep my cleaning supplies easy to access. I recently have been keeping our bathroom scrub mitt in the shower so we can use it to wipe down the shower as we are in there. I have found that I'm keeping our shower cleaner since it is right there and I don't have to go get it. It is also so simple because I don't need to use several cleaning products or worry about chemicals as I'm cleaning as all I need is the scrub mitt and water!
2) GIVE EVERYTHING A HOME:
The first step to organize your bathroom is to clear out all of the drawers and cabinets. The next step would be to group by category and then find homes for everything. For our bathroom drawers I used drawer dividers from the Dollar Tree. Using the drawer dividers really helps to keep your space organized as everything has a home.
One trick that I have stumbled across to keep the drawer dividers from moving around is to us poster tack from the Dollar Tree. I just tear a little piece off and put it on the bottom corners of the drawers and they don't move around as you open and close the drawers.
3) GET IT OFF THE COUNTERS:
To keep your space feeling minimal and organized try keeping as much as you can off the counters. If you do need things on the counter consider using a tray to corral them. It will help you minimize how much you can keep out and it will help you put your items back as they have a specified home. In our master bathroom and our daughters/guest bathroom I have trays that house our soap and extra hygiene items. You do however need to limit how much you have on the tray, only keep the necessities out and store the rest.
4) PUT IT ON THE WALL:
Use your wall space to your advantage. In our master bathroom it is a very tight space so we had to get creative on maximizing our storage. We have one cabinet under our sink that houses a few things but we are limited on counter space so we came up with a solution of utilizing the walls.
We installed two shelves above the toilet that house our extra towels and toilet paper. Above the sink we created a mason jar organizer that we use for our toothbrushes and hand towel. Across from the shower we used an old piece of wood and added hooks for our towels. Utilizing the wall space has really maximized what we can store in the very small space.
5) GET CREATIVE:
MESH SHOWER CURTAIN:
In our daughters bathroom we have no storage built into the shower so I was in search of a solution that would give use more storage but that would be easy to access. I found this shower curtain on Amazon that has been a great solution! What makes this so special is the mesh pockets that are on the curtain. We are keeping our daughters bath toys, shampoo and extra supplies for our guests.
TACKLE BOX:
